All vehicles must be returned to the main parking lot following setup. Quassy Amusement Park assumes no responsibility for damage or theft of any vendor materials) One Tank Travel Expo – 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, June 13, 2010 Quassy Amusement Park , Route 64, Middlebury , CT Qualified vendors: Museums, theaters, restaurants, accommodations, travel agencies, state parks, campgrounds, family entertainment centers, amusement parks, zoos and more … Objective: Free travel exposition promoting Connecticut businesses and allowing regional residents to see how much they can do on only one tank of gasoline! Vendor fees: NO fee to participate for qualified vendors. Vendors must agree to staff their booths from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (no early departure). Vendors will be allotted a 10 x 10 space for pop-up tents, tables and chairs. Vendor supplies all necessary equipment for their space (along the walkways in Quassy Amusement Park – non-electric sites). No actual sales allowed without prior permission from Quassy Amusement Park . Space will be reserved on first-response basis with a simple contract signed (above) prior to the event. Setup will be between 8 and 10 a.m. with assigned times to avoid congestion.
